Davis Driver, born in 1951, is a native of El Paso, TX. He graduated in 1973 from the University of Colorado in Boulder with a B.S. in Finance while playing on scholarship on the CU Golf Team.

After graduation, he moved to Chicago to work in office building leasing and large office tenant representation with a commercial real estate advisory firm that ultimately became LaSalle Partners, part of the now world-wide firm of Jones Lang LaSalle. He moved with them to Dallas in 1983 where they lived for seven years. He then shifted to residential project sales and marketing, moving to Columbus, OH where he was involved with New Albany, a major golf-oriented residential community development in its starting moments, for eighteen months. He moved to Arizona in November 1991 to take a sales position with Desert Mountain. He promptly obtained his Real Estate Broker’s License there, to add to broker’s licenses previously obtained in Illinois, Texas, and Ohio. He left the Desert Mountain on-site sales office in September 2013 to join an off-site brokerage firm. In July of 2018 he and his Realtor wife, Ann, married since December 31, 1982, were successfully recruited to join RE/MAX Fine Properties. Building on an already substantial history of representing buyers and sellers in hundreds of millions of dollars’ worth of transactions over the years, their business trajectory has since soared, taking advantage of their relationship with RE/MAX, and their business and social connections around the country and internationally. He has earned a Lifetime Achievement Award from RE/MAX, and many production awards for himself and his team.

He has been a member of the Desert Mountain Club for most of his over thirty-three thirty years in Arizona. He and Ann lived on-property for about twelve years prior to selling their home to an insistent client in early 2022. They currently have homes in Cave Creek, AZ and Berthoud, CO (to be near three Grandchildren).

He has many outside interests including sales and marketing process software development, photography, fly-fishing, hiking, backpacking and skiing, but his main passion is golf. He has competed in five USGA national championships including the 2012 U.S. Senior Amateur Championship, 1985 U.S Amateur, three U.S Mid-Amateur championships, three British Amateur championships, a number of state opens and amateur championships, and has won both the match and stroke play championships at Desert Mountain. He was on the International Team of a noted 110-year-old senior golfing society.

He provides outstanding service to both prospective buyers and sellers, both inside and outside the gates of Desert Mountain. This outstanding service stems not only from the superior world-wide reach of RE/MAX Fine Properties, and some special services they provide him, but also from an extremely detailed and proprietary, multi-purpose software “system” he has developed to satisfy his need for inventory management, market research, listing marketing, and client/developer communication. His “RCD9 System” far exceeds the capability of traditional general real estate tools such as the Multiple Listing Service. With it, he tracks information on all available properties in Desert Mountain, all sales, and all agent activity in Desert Mountain. These resources and his experience, combined with his highly refined processes, allow him to assist clients in defining what they want, and in getting the maximum value for their money.
