The Group is headed up by Associate Broker Davis Driver. Davis has been a broker in several states since 1973 and has worked with sellers and buyers in Desert Mountain continuously since November of 1991, when he came to work at the Sales Office at Desert Mountain’s Front Gate.  He worked there for twenty-two years, leaving one year after a local brokerage took the office over after the community’s developer sold the private club in the community, the Desert Mountain Club, to its members. Working for off-site brokerages since then has afforded him greater opportunities to provide the highest quality services to his clients.  His wife since December 31, 1982, Ann, became an agent in December 2014 and formally joined his practice at that time, making “official” what had been a strong “unofficial” partnership for thirty years. They lived in Desert Mountain for eleven years up until May 2022, when they took advantage of excellent market conditions and sold their home in Desert Mountain, keeping their Club membership. They have subsequently purchased another home in the area, close to Desert Mountain, where they spend most of their time.

Davis’s partner in the business, Jeff Barchi, has been a Realtor in Scottsdale since 1999, and consistently ranks in the Top 100 RE/MAX agents worldwide. His business philosophy is to provide individualized attention for each client’s distinctive goals.  He is a remarkable person, and a tremendous real estate agent.

Jeff Barchi is practically a valley native, having lived in Arizona since the age of two. He and his wife Katie have been married since 2005, and are the proud parents of two wonderful boys, Enzo and Nico. They live in Scottsdale, and have two Labradors, Ozzie and Sadie. Jeff is a very proud alumnus of Brophy College Preparatory, and attended Arizona State University.

He has always enjoyed math, having completed multiple semesters of calculus, and had intentions of being either an engineer or CPA, however his career took a different path. Venturing into real estate, he learned that it combines a friendly, out-of-office environment, with the analysis and statistical breakdown that he enjoys.

Since becoming a REALTOR® in Scottsdale in 1999, he has earned a reputation for professionalism both with his clients and peers. He consistently ranks in the Top 100 RE/MAX Agents in the World (out of approximately 140,000 RE/MAX agents worldwide), and has received numerous awards and rankings from RE/MAX, Phoenix Business Journal, SEVRAR, Young Professionals Network, and more.

Jeff enjoys running, hiking, and biking, as well as traveling with his family. Whether it be their annual trip to Barcelona, a drive to the US National Parks, or an extended weekend in Disneyland.

Ashley Hills is an Arizona native, born and raised in Scottsdale, Arizona.  With a deep-rooted passion for community involvement, Interior Design, and Real Estate, her dream of becoming a licensed Realtor® was realized in 2018. Prior to that, Ashley was a co-owner in her family's bakery and bistro in North Scottsdale for eight years, alongside her four siblings and parents.

Today, Ashley has elevated her career as a Realtor® and Associate Broker by working for RE/MAX Fine Properties, one of the most respected and top producing brokerages in Arizona. She is also a certified Staging and Design Professional, offering clients further value in property presentation expertise and design consulting.
